non-smoking facility.

We regret that we cannot accommodate pets.

No children under
ten (10) unless special arrangements are made.

If there are extra-ordinary weather conditions, your deposit will be transferrable to another day. This would include ice storms and power outages.

Weekend Rates (Fri - Sat):

  • $125.00 for one night for two people
  • $225.00 for two nights for two people

Weekday Rates (Sun-Thur):

  • $100.00 for one night for two people
  • Two night minimums are required for holidays, festivals and special events. We only have two suites and some dates book up quickly, so call at your earliest convenience. If we are booked for the dates you are planning to come to Grafton, please check with these other lodging options.
  • Rates include two adults. Extra adult guests are not allowed, but please contact us if you have children that will be accompanying you.
  • Suites have double doors to accommodate parties of up to four adults - two in each room.
