One couple per suite 

Sun-Thru $120 per night

2-night weekend $255 (for both nights)

3-night weekend $310 (for 3 nights)

Holidays $ 155 per night

These prices do not include tax. 

A deposit 50% of lodging charge required,

at the time of reservation.

If notice of cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to check in date a refund less a $25. 

cancellation fee will be made. If notice of cancellation is received within the 14-day period up to 48 hours of check in time, the full deposit is transferable to another date of your choice , but not refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check in time will result in loss of total 

reserved amount.

Early Departures require full payment for scheduled reservation.

The Grafton Inn is a non-smoking facility.

We cannot accommodate pets.

There will be a minimum $125 cleaning charge or maximum of replacement cost 

of damaged items if smoking or pets are found in the room.

Insurance regulations prohibit candles.
